Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our current handling times are 1-2 days. Handling time means how long it will take for your order to be packed and given to the carrier. We do our best to make sure all orders ship quickly and safely. If you are in a hurry for your order we suggest selecting our expedited shipping option. Putting a note or sending an email to SHIP ASAP will not expedite your order. We ship most orders same day if you get it in before 2:00 pm EST. We know you are excited to get your order and we are working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Q: Once My Order is Placed Can I Change or Cancel It?
A: No, unfortunately we cannot modify your order once it has been submitted. Once you complete checkout, your payment is processed and the order is sent to our shipping department to start being prepared. Please review the items in your cart carefully and check the payment method selected before checking off that you agree to these terms and conditions and complete checkout. If you have any questions about your order please contact us by email and await a reply before checking out. Once you have checked out we are not able to do any of the following:
- Add items to your order
- Remove items from your order
- Cancel your order
- Add discount codes
- Change your payment method
We offer a 30 day return policy which is listed in detail below.

SHIPPING
Current handling times for each shipment method are about 1-2 days. From time to time, an item may be out of stock and not ship right away. We will do our best to update you on the status of these items as soon as we can. We make no guarantee of handling or delivery time for any order placed, if you need your order by a certain date we suggest you contact us first to see if we can meet your expectations.
Expedited Shipping and Handling: your order will skip the line and be processed first and follow whichever courier's estimated shipping time that you selected at checkout. Inspire Car Care makes no guarantees or assumes liability of the courier's shipping performance
Free Shipping: Any Free Shipping promotion is available only for the lower 48 states.
RETURNS
Inspire Car Care welcomes the return of any new, factory sealed product within 30 days of purchase.
You will be given the option to replace, exchange or refund your item.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all products returned for a refund. Or you can opt for Store Credit and not incur a restocking fee.
Original Shipping and Outbound shipping for all returned items will be the expense of the customer.
To receive a RMA number for a previously placed order please login to your account and go to your orders tab, then select the return items option.

Cancellations
After you place your order it can not be changed or cancelled. Once your payment is processed the order goes straight to our shipping team to pack for shipping.
Missing/Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Exactly when will my package be delivered?
Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid email address on file, you will be sent an email with shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our store. You can also track your order on the website. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please contact us.
